We are passionate about delivering personalised services which adapt with young people’s changing needs and aspirations.We provide personalized support to young people, recognizing their unique needs, abilities, and goals. Before placement, we conduct an initial assessment to ensure our staff and resources can meet their specific requirement so that ach young person has a tailored support plan, co-created with them and their accommodating authority (if applicable), focusing on achieving safe independence and preparing them for adulthood. We make use Positive Social Interaction tools, like Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), to engage with young people in a supportive and empowering manner. Our staff are well trained to understand and recognize each individual’s strengths, aspirations, and interests, using one-page profiles to facilitate meaningful connections. We also collaborate with young people to identify their needs, goals, and priorities, using the Outcomes Star tool to set smart objectives and ensure a person-centered approach. Our support plans are flexible and adapt to the changing needs and aspirations of each young person.
