We provide supported accommodation in a nurturing and supportive environment for looked-after children and care leavers aged 16 and 17 with relatively high or increasing levels of independence, ready to gain further skills to prepare for adult living

Our Approach

Our Home Care Process

Placement

The proposed new young person is passed on to the registered service manager for assessment and approval upon which placement meeting takes place and moving date is set

1st Step

Risk Assessment

On commencement of each placement, we will complete a risk assessment, and create a support plan with the young person and their social worker

2nd Step

Assignment

After a daily routine is formed, the young person is assigned a key worker responsible for managing the young person’s journey while in supported accommodation
